Inventory Management Solution is a real-time inventory information system that always aware of the inventory level. The inventory catalog has a security feature so that only authorized staff can add or remove items. Inventory items are tracked by product category and Unique Product No. The Solution will keep track of inventory and show when stock is low and when to do re-order by user define reorder level.

1. Five inventory types are tracked and accounted for

3. Non Stocked-sold items but physical count is not maintained
4. On Way- ordered and or paid but in hand
5. Services- one time charge or per hour/day rate
6. Reused- used item but condition like new
7. Inventory valuation- LIFO, FIFO, standard cost, or weighted average cost methods user can set any one as default on any item
8. Multi warehouses- keep tacking physical location of inventory and set order of stock-out by sales
9. Search Product- find product by ProductNo. on inventory by type or and location base
10. Information on unsold items and history of sold items
11. Manage discounts, margins and markups
12. User-defined fields for sorting and filtering inventory reports
13. Handles promotional pricing by date and time
14. Pricing- Auto updating cost and sales price by user define settings
15. Track overstock & under stock quantities by defining minimum/maximum inventory count
16. Each stock item record contains stock description, location, pricing code, product type, vendor, minimum and maximum quantities, and miscellaneous charges
17. Extensive Note keep track of inventory notes, vendor notes, and special stock item requirements
18. Reorder- Generate Auto reorder (editable) by user define settings
19. Supervisor level  security - gives access to sales assistant and  control users’ functions
